What makes RZE watches different from other titanium watches?
Every RZE watch is crafted from aerospace-grade titanium and coated with our proprietary UltraHex™ technology, which increases the surface hardness to 1200Hv, making our timepieces virtually scratch-resistant compared to standard titanium.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our watches worldwide. Standard shipping is free for all orders over $200, and we partner with reliable couriers like DHL and FedEx to ensure your timepiece arrives safely at your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
How long is the warranty on an RZE watch?
All RZE watches come with a two-year limited international warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects in the movement, case, crystal, and strap.
How should I care for my titanium watch?
While our UltraHex™ coating provides superior protection, we recommend rinsing your watch with fresh water after exposure to salt water or chemicals. Use a soft microfiber cloth for regular cleaning to maintain its matte finish.
