Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the watch in its original RZE packaging, including all protective films, tags, warranty cards, and any included accessories.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure tracked delivery back to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned watch for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
